After placing an order with us, you should receive a confirmation sent to your email address. This will contain a copy of your order, an estimated delivery date, an order summary as well and a copy of your VAT receipt which can then be viewed or downloaded as a PDF copy for your records.
However, for customers who have an account with us, your receipt or invoice on the confirmation email should be treated as an order confirmation. This is because an invoice containing payment details and due date will be sent to you separately from our accounts department after you have placed your order.
On the rare occasion that you don’t receive a confirmation email, we would ask you to first check your email spam folder, and if it isn’t there, please get in touch with us ASAP. We can then track your order down and forward you a copy of your confirmation if necessary.
