After you place an order with us, we usually send you a confirmation email within a few minutes so you have a record of your ordered items. However, depending on your email provider, there can sometimes be a delay in when you receive these. Please allow some time for this to come through to you.
However, if you placed an order recently and have not yet received a confirmation email from us, please thoroughly check your spam folder as sometimes our emails can end up in there. If you have never ordered from us before, our email address may be unauthorised so be sure to authorise it so our future emails don’t end up in your spam folder again.
On the rare occasion you don’t receive a confirmation email and it isn’t found in your spam folder, please contact us via phone or send us an email and we can investigate this for you.
Once we know your order details, we can then double check the email address you provided and get the confirmation email re-sent to you.
