If you realise the item you ordered is unwanted or not right for you, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery arriving.
You can either call us on 01376 809140 between Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5:00 pm, or you can send an email to [email protected]. Once you have done one of these things, please return the item(s) to us at:

Please be aware that all return items must be unopened, in the manufacturer's original packaging, be unused and in a re-saleable condition.
Unfortauntely we are unable to accept any returns of food or drink items, alongside any bespoke or special order goods.
If you can, please include a copy of the delivery note or invoice as this will make it easier for us to process your return in good time.
The cost of sending any returns back to us will have to be covered by yourselves and we recommend opting for a tracked service to avoid parcels going missing whilst in transit.
Once we have received your return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used. Any delivery charges originally paid are excluded from the amount refunded and this will usually appear in your bank account within 3-5 working days.
