Do You Have a Cut Off Ordering Time?

To guarantee same day dispatch when you order, you have to submit your order to us before 5 pm. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day unless it’s a Bank Holiday. 

Ordering before 5pm on a weekday will ensure you have the best chance of a quick delivery. Any orders placed during the weekend will only be processed and dispatched on the following Monday when we re-open. You can view a reminder of the cut off time for same day dispatch on our homepage just below the email sign up box. 

We are a very small team, so please be aware that during peak times such as Christmas, we might take a little longer to process and dispatch your orders.
