Where's My Free Haribo?

If you’re lucky enough to qualify for free Haribo and it’s missing - fear not! Usually this is because your freebies will be sent separately to your main order.

Your Haribo will usually arrive to you via Royal Mail and might not come with the rest of the goods you have ordered. Please kindly allow up to 5 working days for them to arrive. 

However, if you still haven’t received them and you think they are missing, please contact us via phone or email and we can find out where they’ve got to.
