My Confirmation Email Says an Item Has Been Placed on Backorder, What Does This Mean?

If you receive an email from us saying your items have been placed on back order that means they are currently out of stock. Once our stocks have been replenished, as your order has been placed on backorder, this means stock will be prioritised to you when it becomes available. As soon as stock is available from our suppliers, we will then email you with an expected date of arrival.

Alternatively, if you don’t hear from us within a few days, please reach out to our friendly team who will be happy to assist, or, you can send us an email to [email protected]. We can then investigate your order, stock availability and chase our suppliers where necessary.
