Time is of the essence here as whether you can cancel your order depends on when you placed the order and how much time has elapsed since. As soon as you place your order, somebody from our team starts work on it straight away as all our orders are processed by hand. Because of this, as soon as you realise you need to cancel your order you will need to ring us as soon as possible.
We will do everything we can to cancel or amend your order if this is possible. If your order is still waiting to be processed, we should be able to cancel your order straight away. You will then receive your funds back to you as a refund.
However, if some time has passed since you made your order, it may have been processed by our team, meaning we cannot cancel it. We work with a variety of suppliers and wholesalers to piece your order together, and it’s not always possible to contact them or have them all agree to cancel your order.
We can pass on a message to the courier company on your behalf and request them to cancel the delivery. If the parcel hasn’t yet reached your local depot this should then get returned to us. However, if your parcel is already on route we may not be able to request a return.
In both instances we will ask you to refuse the delivery because this then allows for the goods to be returned to us and once received, we can issue you with a refund. If you have already received your items we are unable to cancel your order.
