Having a good quality, reliable office printer is essential to the running of any office or workplace. These days, printers to far more than just print, they can also offer mobile printing, scanning, photocopy and some can even fax. Supertank printers (such as the Epson Ecotank) now offer an affordable alternative to ink cartridges and you simply refill the ink using a bottle.

You may be mistaken to assume that a home printer would be basic, however most home office printers offer the above functions and even if you opt for a non multifunction machine, you can still get a Wi-Fi wireless printer. These are generally color printers offering double sided printing but at a lower cost as they do not have the other features.
