There are so many items on our website that it can be easy to make mistakes and add the wrong items to your basket from time to time. As soon as you realise you’ve made a mistake, it’s better to contact us as soon as possible so we can look to remedy this before your order goes out for shipping.
Time is of the essence here, so if you contact us before your order is processed, the more likely it is that we can switch it out for the item you actually wanted to order.
So if your order has been placed but not processed (our orders are usually processed within the first hour of you placing it) we will then help to amend your order and change the incorrect product for the correct one.
It gets a bit trickier if you realise after your order has been processed as we will be unable to change the incorrect product. In the event this happens to you, we ask that you refuse the delivery of this item.
This means the unwanted item will then get returned back to us and we can issue a refund. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer an exchange process so you would need to place a new order for the correct product, and this will be shipped out separately.
If you have already received your order with the incorrect item at the point of delivery, you have a few options. You may be required to return this item to us and cover any postage costs - the same way you would with a refund. After we receive the item a refund will then be processed. We do not offer exchanges so you would have to re-purchase the correct item.
Please note all returns need to be in the manufacturer's original packaging and in an unused, unopened and re-saleable condition. We cannot accept returns of food and drink items, or bespoke or special order goods.
