If you need to change your default delivery address, you’ll be glad to know it’s nice and easy. To do this, you have to have an account with us and be logged in. Once you are logged into your account, please follow the below instructions to change your address:
Once logged in you will be automatically taken to the My Office Stationery section of the website
In this area you can manage your account, view your wish list, favourites, delivery addresses and past orders
Click on the Delivery Address icon where you will be taken to a page to review your current invoice address, your address book and your default delivery address
To change your default delivery address - scroll to the bottom of the page. Here you will find a list of your current delivery addresses
Under the address you require you can click on the green Set As Default button, this will then reload the page and show your new, updated, default address
If your required address isn’t in the list and needs to be added - please do this by entering your postcode into the look up box in the Add a New Delivery Address section just above the delivery address list.
Click on Find Postcode and then select the correct address in the drop down list
Finally - click on Add Address
If you do not have an account on our website, your past addresses will not be saved and you will not have access to a default delivery address. To create a new account with us, head to the top right of the homepage and click on the Login / Register button.
