If you have placed an order with us and set up an account, you can view your previous receipts via your online account on our website. Simply follow the instructions below:
Login where you will be taken to the My Office Stationery section of the website
Click on the past orders icon which will redirect you to a page where you can see all of the previous orders you have placed with us
Next to each order is a blue PDF button which will automatically download a copy of your VAT receipt allowing you to view, save and print it should you require it.
Alternatively, if you have a 30 day invoice credit account with us, you can request copies of your invoices by phone or email. All we need from you is your company name and address, along with the invoices numbers you require.
If you don’t have an account with us, you won’t be able to view your past orders, invoices or receipts. You can create an account with us by clicking the login / register button on the top right hand corner of the homepage.
