Delivery Times

Standard delivery 

When you order your items from us, a standard delivery time is usually between 2-4 working days, however, this can be subject to an occasional delay during peak times or if there is an issue with the delivery network.

We typically use DPD, Fed-Ex and UPS, however, from time to time we will use other delivery networks where applicable. This service is only available in England and Wales. Usually, you will be given separate tracking sent to your email address alongside a confirmation of your order. 

Express Delivery 

If you choose express delivery, this is usually subject to availability, delivery location and any events or circumstances that fall outside of our control. Any Express delivery orders that are received by 5pm on a working day will be dispatched that day to our relevant fulfilment or delivery partner. This service is also only available in England and Wales. 

Please note that we are unable to guarantee Next Day delivery at the moment due to the pressure couriers are under at this current time. We would love to be able to promise next day delivery, but we have moved this option to avoid disappointment. However, we will always endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. 

Extended Delivery 

Opting for extended delivery usually means you can expect your order to be delivered within 1-5 working days depending on your location. This delivery service is required for Highlands and Islands, defined by a collection of postcodes outlined by couriers,

All of our standard deliveries are made by our own delivery network, our express service is usually filled by IPS and Trueline. Oversized pallets for paper or furniture deliveries may be delivered by a freight carrier. 

Sometimes parts of your delivery may arrive in multiple couriers on the same day. You will receive notification of this beforehand, however, if you have only received part of your order and are unsure, please feel free to contact us for confirmation. 

When using couriers to deliver your items, we will require a signature to complete your delivery, however, some do accept a written note on the door to leave in a safe space or with a neighbour. Please note if you opt for this, we cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen items. 

If you wish for your order to be delivered on a specific day, please notify us before you place your order and we will try our best to accommodate.

Highlands, Islands and export: 

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands, including Jersey and Guernsey. For areas classified as Highlands and Islands, our Extended Delivery is charged at £20.84 ex vat regardless of order value. 

Please note we cannot process orders for export outside of the UK or offer VAT refunded orders. 

Office Furniture

When ordering furniture, please allow an extra 7-10 working days for this delivery. Choosing Express Delivery will not speed the process up and should never be selected for office furniture products.

All of our deliveries are a doorstep delivery service, this is for both standard items as well as furniture and special order items. If you require delivery into the building or specific rooms and floors, this may be available for furniture and special order items at an added delivery cost. If unsure, please contact us regarding this. 

Special Order Items

Some of our products will have extended lead times to due availability from the supplier. This will be clearly displayed when you are on the product page and can be up to 10 working days if the stock is available.

If the product is out of stock, the lead time may be longer. If you are unsure of whether your items are available, please give us a call and we can check for you. Again, please note that a Next Day delivery upgrade will not speed the process up in any way and should not be selected for items showing an extended lead time.
