We use a variety of different couriers to ship your orders - they all have their own methods of tracking. For example, if your parcel is sent via DPD they will send out their own tracking, and you will be able to see information via your mobile or email once they have collected your parcel from us.
It will be the same with our other courier services such as Fed Ex and UPS. As long as you provide us with the correct contact information when placing your order, you will automatically be sent tracking details from the courier.
For any other deliveries you can ask us to track these by giving us a call or email. However, we cannot always provide a time slot on deliveries as they may be on all day delivery service, but we will always endeavour to give you as much information as possible.
