Updates to Our Minimum Order Value for Free Delivery

From July 1st 2026, our minimum order value to qualify for free delivery will change to £49 excluding VAT. 

We haven't made this decision lightly. With rising supplier costs and ongoing economic pressures, we've had to review how we manage delivery costs in a way that's fair and sustainable for us as a business going forward. 

Rather than increasing product prices across the board, we've chosen to adjust the free delivery threshold instead. This approach means we can keep everyday office stationery items and supplies competitively priced.

Over recent months, the industry has faced significant challenges, with manufacturers experiencing cost increases outside of their control. As these costs continue to rise, updating our minimum order spend is the most manageable way for us to maintain the level of service and value you expect. 

We recognise this is an adjustment, but we hope you understand the reasons we are making this change. We would encourage all of our customers to shift their buying habits if they haven't already, to one big order rather than lots of small ones, as this helps to avoid added delivery costs.
