Depending on what courier we use for your delivery, you will be subject to a number of delivery attempts. On average, deliveries will be attempted up to 3 times on consecutive days.
If after this time the delivery is unsuccessful, your order will be returned to our warehouse where it will be cancelled and refunded to you. Please bear in mind this can take up to 10 working days to be issued. Before a refund has been processed it may be possible for us to re-send the goods out to you if they are still required.
Regardless of courier, all of our deliveries will require a signature to complete delivery, but some may accept a handwritten note on the door instructing them to leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour. Please note in these instances we cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen items.
