Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange products because we work with so many suppliers and couriers. If you realise you have made a mistake and ordered the wrong product, we advise you to return the unwanted goods as per our returns policy, receive a refund for this within 5 working days and then place a new order online for the product you would like instead.
This is the easiest way to ensure you get the right product and don’t waste products which can be re-sold to new customers.
Alternatively, if you realise you’ve ordered the wrong product or no longer require an item before your delivery, we suggest you refuse your delivery when it arrives via courier as this will then just get returned back to our warehouse which will trigger us to issue you a refund.
