Can I Return Food or Drink?

There are a number of items we cannot accept refunds for, and food and drink are one of them. This is due to them being a perishable item and the risks of health and safety and contamination.

Once these items leave our premises, we have no control over how they are stored and handled, meaning they are a potential health and safety risk due to contamination or spoilage. 

So unfortunately, even if your food and drink items are unopened, sealed and in their original packaging, we are still unable to process a return.

However, if your food or drink item arrives damaged or faulty, this is a different matter and we can arrange a replacement to be sent out to you. Please get in touch with us if you are uncertain about how to proceed or have any questions about your food and drink items
