How Long Does it Take for a Refund to Show in my Account?

Once we have received your items in the post and processed your return, the funds will be transferred to your bank account and the original payment method. The amount of time it takes for these funds to be available in your account will vary, depending on who you bank with. 

Generally, we suggest that after processing your refund it should take between 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
