When browsing on our website, you will be able to tell if a product is on special order from the product page. Just below the logo and above where the stock number is, you’ll get an estimated lead time, usually in days.
Alternatively, if you miss it here, in the product list just above the add to basket button, you will see the product code alongside the special order.
When on a specific product page, often rather than saying add to basket the green button will instead say special order. However, if you are unsure of whether a product or item is readily available, please get in touch with our team via phone or email and we will happily look into this for you.
Please note that if a product is on special order or displaying a lead time, it will typically take longer than usual for it to be delivered to you.
