raw virgin coconut oil is cold-pressed from the flesh of organic coconuts. Lending an exotic flavto stir-fries, curries or scrambled eggs, coconut oil also makes an enticing alternative to butter on rye bread, and adds a silky texture to yfavourite smoothies. Use it outside the kitchen too: fragrant oil isn’t refined, bleached or deodorised, so it’s ideal as a natural beauty product.
