In the rare event that your card payment has failed - please don’t panic, there is usually a logical reason why this could be. Before contacting us further, please take some time to run through some of the most common issues or mistakes which could explain why your payment has failed.
Double check your details - making a typo or entering the wrong number is more common than you’d think.
Check there are sufficient funds on the card you are trying to use - it could be that a large payment has recently gone out of your account.
Check if you have placed a number of orders online in a short period of time - some banks and building societies will decline payments if the card has been used multiple times within the same day to prevent fraud.
