How Do I Pay for and Confirm My Order?

Paying and confirming your order depends on whether you are an existing customer with an account or not. If you have already registered and do have an account, you can log in with the button on the top right hand corner of our website. Once you are logged in, you have access to your past orders and favourites - both of which will help you find products you have ordered previously.

If you are new to our website - hello! Before completing your order you will have to decide whether you would like to pay by credit or debit card, by PayPal or by invoice on a credit account.

If you would like to pay by credit/debit card or PayPal, simply select this option at checkout and enter your relevant details. There is no need to create an account with us if you don’t want to. 

However, if you are a business looking to bulk order regular office stationery and would like to pay by invoice on a credit account, you will have to complete a credit request form before placing your first order.

This is just so we can run a couple of checks before we offer this facility to you. To fill in this form - you can either call us or email us and we can send it to you, or you can fill in the form in the log in / register section by selecting the I would like a 30 day credit account option. After, you will then get an automated email with the form attached. Simply fill in the form and return it to us and we will get on with processing your application.

Once your account has been approved and set up, you will need to log in using the provided details in order to have the Pay on Account option available when you check out. After selecting this option, your order will be processed and shipped with an invoice to follow within a few days.
