The helmet shell is made using up to 30% bioplastic and the headband is made using 50% degranulated helmet shells, which significantly reduces process-related waste during production. Helmet shell is made of up to 30% bioplastic. 50% of the material for the headband is made of ground helmet shells. Suspension harness with wheel ratchet system for variable width adjustment.
