We shave the highest quality white truffles and expertly blend them with unique flavand cold-pressed olive oil. Cold-pressing produces less oil than heated pressing but ensures that the delicate flavours and aromas are not damaged. Intense garlic aroma. Powerful white truffle flavthroughout with a gentle olive oil finish. Use White Truffle Oil (100ml) as a finishing oil to dress dishes before serving. Although the uses are endless, we recommend drizzling on pasta, pizza and risotto.
