SCOTTISH BLOSSOM HONEY IS FROM THE FIRST PART OF THE SEASON

MADE FROM THE NECTAR OF A MIX OF FLOWERS INCLUDING CLOVER, LIME, AND OIL SEED RAPE.

NO TWO BATCHES OF BLOSSOM HONEY ARE THE SAME. POLLEN ANALYSIS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.

CLOSEST TO ORGANIC HONEY OF ALL THE HONEYS IN THE UK.

WE DON’T USE THE TERM ‘RAW HONEY‘ AS IT IS NOT PERMITTED BY TRADING STANDARDS.

WE PRODUCE PURE HONEY, TAKEN FROM THE HIVE AND GENTLY WARMED SO IT CAN BE MANUALLY FILTERED.
