The TA-965 is an advance real-time attendance solution that works with both RFID and fingerprint recognition. It has a 3.5 inch colour TFT screen with graphical user interface (GUI), 8 function keys and navigation keys, employees will be able to clock in and out with the right Work-codes and Incident-codes (vacation, doctor visit, sick leave etc), which will largely decrease the administrative workload. By using the Self-Service Query function, employees can also check their recent time logs at the terminal. Employees simply clock their arrival and departure time at the TA-965 terminal. With its enhanced reporting functions and new employee database, evaluating the attendance, work hours and calculating the overtime of your employees has never been easier. Thanks to the built-in Wi-Fi module, the location of the terminal is flexible, as no wired network connection is required. As a result, you can get started right away, without the need of any change in your wired network infrastructure. As an added benefit, the real-time presence overview enables you to print out a fire-roll-call report at any time, for enhanced safety of your employees.
