award-winning Gigli, is almost too pretty to eat, almost! It’s beautiful flower-like shape is perfect for holding creamier sauces and pestos while making ydish look (and taste!) next level. Crafted consciously using traditional Italians methods and with beautiful British spelt; Northern Pasta Gigli is unbeatably delicious.

We craft all Northern Pasta at small but mighty Pasta HQ in Cumbria, with signature blend of regeneratively grown British Spelt. We use Bronze Dies to give pasta it’s incredible texture and dry it slowly at low temperatures to enhance the delicious nutty flavand take care of the high-quality ingredients we use.
