Product Description

brand new Rigatoni, is finally here for all ychunky sauces and rich ragus. The latest member of the Northern Pasta family has total curve appeal, with the ultimate texture and bite. Crafted consciously using traditional Italians methods and with beautiful British spelt; Northern Pasta Rigatoni is unbeatably delicious.

We craft all Northern Pasta at small but mighty Pasta HQ in Cumbria, with signature blend of regeneratively grown British Spelt. We use Bronze Dies to give pasta it’s incredible texture and dry it slowly at low temperatures to enhance the delicious nutty flavand take care of the high-quality ingredients we use.
