Ideal for training or coaching in call centres or customer support, this Y-training lead connects two headsets to a single adaptor. It allows supervisors to listen into calls and take control of the call if needed. Compatible with JPL and Plantronics QD corded headsets, it includes an inline controller for volume and mute functions and a Rocker Switch that allows the supervisor to take control of the call without losing the connection.
