Everbuild Lead Mate Sealant Grey Cartridge. Everbuild Everflex Lead Mate Lead Sealant is a fast skinning roofing sealant that reduces weather ingression, tile lift and noise. Tough, resilient and compatible with lead, it has a low modulus neutral cure that's been created to give excellent adhesion to soft metals. Lead Mate is formulated as an alternative to mortaring lead flashing and has low dirt pick up properties and excellent flexibility. It is lead grey in colour and has high and low temperature resistance and excellent weathering properties. Lead mate Benefits:. Excellent adhesion to metals. Will not stain or corrode soft metals. Low dirt pick up. Excellent flexibility + to - 50%. Excellent low and high temperature resistance + 150 Degree C. Solvent free. low shrinkage. High resistance to plasticizer migration. Can be used over water based and solvent based paints. Excellent external weathering properties.
