Provides increased flexibility in sand cement products, improved frost resistance, and reduced risk of salt permeation. EASY TO APPLY Simply apply on a clean, dry, grease-free surface. Depending on the surface and the intended application, for priming, dilute with 4 parts water: 1 part emulsion to seal the surface in preparation for further coating.
