These fast and sturdy files couldn be simpler to use - just open up the swing clip to release the spine, insert your documents (up to 30 sheets) and close the swing clip to secure the spine and hold the documents in place. The polypropylene covers not only look great with bright colours, they help to protect your documents from rips and creases.
