The Drinks Bakery Drinks Biscuits – Gruyère Cheese and Tarragon are made in the Highlands of Scotland using delicious Gruyère cheese renowned for its sweet, creamy and earthy qualities. This is blended with a little mustard and tarragon to give the biscuits an irresistible ‘béarnaise’ quality. This flavprofile is expertly crafted to pair with session ales, lagers, crips white wines and Pinot Noir. The addition of earthy tarragon also gives a great pairing opportunity with mezals and tequila.
