Product Description

The CFL200 Front Loading Kiln is a 200 litre front loading kiln that can be equipped for single phase or three phase power and comes complete with programmable controller and furniture set. Electric front-loading kilns are made with a high-grade insulation bricks and backing board, along with a non-ceramic fibre rope that is set into a channel around the front face maintains the door seal. The front face is made from hard insulation brick to reduce the damage caused by knocks and bumps during loading while elements are manufactured from Kanthal A1. Kilns are fitted with a main control contactor and a secondary policeman/security contactor as standard. All kilns have a ';captive Key' interlock fitted in compliance of the Health and Safety At Work Act 1974. Automatic dampers can be fitted as an optional extra. Please contact us for further details. A site survey is often required for this type of kiln, this is accomplished by us requesting the completion of a questionnaire and/or a site visit. Delivery of front-loading kilns is carried out by specialists who understand how to handle such equipment. In most cases we can arrange for full electrical connection, commissioning, and operational training at the time of delivery. Delivery charges will be quoted separately and according to the specific circumstances. Lead time typically 4-6 weeks from agreed order.
