This environmentally friendly Cambridge notebook contains 200 pages of 100% recycled 70gsm paper, which is ruled with a margin for neat note-taking. The full-size A4 pages are perforated for easy removal and 4 hole punched for filing in a ring binder or lever arch file. The wire binding allows the notebook to lie flat for easy note-taking.
