Product Description

Kalamata is a famous Greek cultivar with deep purple flesh and a fruity flavwith slight bitterness. Kalamata olives are harvested only when they turn black and fully ripe. With this easy-to-open tin you can enjoy olives anywhere and without fuss. Simply pop one into yhandbag or picnic basket. Or serve straight from the sleek tin as part of a platter. All olives are grown on the farm and harvested between March and June. Babylonstoren Farm has more than 60 hectares of olive groves. The deep sandstone soil and Mediterranean climate provide ideal conditions for cultivating olives.

Ingredients: Kalamata Olives (60%), Vegetable Oil (8%) (Extra Virgin Olive), Brine (Water, Salt, Ascorbic Acid E500, Citric Acid E330).
