This fun and educational game allows children to compare animals in familiar habitats with animals found in less familiar habitats in two different ways. The 4 double-sided A4 playing boards feature a single habitat on one side (coast, woodland, polar and desert) and a habitat bingo game on the reverse.On the habitat side, children select one of the 24 self checking animal cards and try to identify the correct habitat before placing it on the board.On the bingo side, players spin the spinner and pick a card to match the habitat, before placing it on their board.Teachers Notes Included.Teachers' notes include detailed facts such as animal type, diet, life expectancy, species as well as quirky fascinating facts. Cut-out photocopiable animals are also included covering both animals in the featured habitats and animals in different habitats for follow-on discussion activities.
