Designed to hold more paper than standard envelopes, gusset envelopes are a popular choice for those sending more than just a few sheets of paper. They are physically different from standard envelopes as they have expandable side panels that allow for the envelope to widen, giving you space for bulkier or thick documents, reports, brochures or catalogues. Gusset envelopes are a popular choice for sending papers because the contents will fit comfortably inside the expanded space, meaning you’re less likely to endure creases, tears or other damage during transit.
