Having good posture whilst sitting at your desk is important to avoid physical discomfort and long term RSI and other complications. Two of the easiest ways to improve posture and relieve pain is to use an adjustable footrest or foot rocker and a back support. If you work from home, it is easy to fall into bad habits with your working position so all of our ergonomic footrests and back supports are suitable for a home office and a business premises.
