LabelManager

DYMO LabelManager machines are available both handheld and desktop and have a variety of specifications available. LabelManagers use continuous polyester label tapes which are available in different widths from 6mm - 24mm. These labels are also available in a variety of text and background colour options, for example black text on a yellow background or red text on a white background. These types of labels are ideal for helping with organisation and identification of items. In a school they can be used to help with equipment identification and student files and reports, and in health care they are ideal for patient records as well as asset tracking. These labelling machines feature a built in keypad for use as a stand alone unit although some can also be connected to a PC for further customisation.  

LabelWriter

DYMO LabelWriter machines are primarily desktop and are available in a variety of specifications as well as wired and wireless. LabelWriters use adhesive paper labels of different sizes. These are commonly used for producing shipping/ address labels although DYMO do also offer labels for suspension files, lever arch files and name badges. LabelWriters can also be used for producing barcodes on library books, floor and warehouse marking and identification of storage boxes. All of these labelling units are thermal printers so there is no need for ink or toner replacements. Dymo LabelWriters can be easily connected to your PC for use with the DYMO software which allows you to customise the label to your requirements and  even has the function to add address to an address book for repeat use.

Industrial

DYMO Rhino labelling machines are an ideal labelling tool for professionals on the go. These labellers use Rhino labelling tapes which are made from either permanent polyester, flexible nylon or vinyl. Depending on which option you use, these are temperature resistant, UV light resistant, oil resistant, water resistant and chemical resistant, allowing for a long lasting durable finish. These labels are perfect for cables and wires, textured surfaces and outdoor use. The Rhino 5200 meets ANSI and TIA/EIA-606-A industry labelling standards making it suited to electrical, audio/ visual, security, construction and broadcast professionals.
