Sauces for food lovers. Based in rural Suffolk, Stokes is a brand built on elevating everyday staples, from ketchup to chutneys, full of rich flavours and carefully developed recipes. All of Stokes products are made on site, which they refer to as the “saucery” where the team produces more than 60-75 lines using refined, home grown recipes and excellent small batch cooking techniques. Stokes condiments and sauces are widely available in farm shops, delis, independent retailers, restaurants, cafes and food service partners and are exported to more than 50 countries across the world.

Stokes was founded in 2004 by Rick Sheepshanks, who set out to create a memorable mayonnaise, a product that quickly formed the foundation of the brand. Soon after, he developed a tomato ketchup so good, it was the only way he could get his daughter to eat vegetables. By 2005, the range had already expanded and the company experienced a period of growth, still using the finest ingredients and small batch cooking. By 2014, Strokes were exporting their products across Europe, the Middle East, the USA and the Caribbean. Full of flavour, proud of their small batch production and with strong, ethical roots, Stokes have become a leader in the sauces and condiments industry.
