Stokes was founded in 2004 by Rick Sheepshanks, who set out to create a memorable mayonnaise, a product that quickly formed the foundation of the brand. Soon after, he developed a tomato ketchup so good, it was the only way he could get his daughter to eat vegetables. By 2005, the range had already expanded and the company experienced a period of growth, still using the finest ingredients and small batch cooking. By 2014, Strokes were exporting their products across Europe, the Middle East, the USA and the Caribbean. Full of flavour, proud of their small batch production and with strong, ethical roots, Stokes have become a leader in the sauces and condiments industry.
