Co-ordinated Offices

Rexel’s ‘Choices’ range consists of lever arch files, expanding project files, popper wallets, staplers, hole punches, letter trays, drawer cabinets, magazine files and waste bins. All of these items come in matching colour sets of red, black, white, blue and green. This range allows you to coordinate items across the whole office and with top quality Rexel products.

Crystalfile

Rexel Crystalfile has a range of top quality A4 and foolscap suspension files and lateral files. These are available in both high quality manilla and polypropylene. Manila files are made from high quality, premium heavyweight paper and are ideal for everyday filing, whereas polypropylene files are made from super tough and extremely strong plastic and are ideal for heavy duty filing. Crystalfile Extra refers to the polypropylene files which can last up to 5 times longer than the manila equivalent. Both Crystalfile suspension files and Crystalfile Extra products are available in standard capacity which have a ‘V’ shaped base and will hold up to 150 sheets of paper. They are also available in extra capacity which has a square shaped base and come in either 30mm or 50mm width. The 30mm width will hold up to 300 sheets of paper and the 50mm width will hold up to 500 sheets of paper. All of the Rexel Crystalfile products come with printable inserts and plastic tabs.

Nyrex

Rexel Nyrex is a top UK brand for premium quality plastic pockets and folders. These products include punched pockets, cut flush folders, cut back folders, card holders, business card holders, twin wallets and expanding pockets. All of these products are long lasting, tough and durable with a wipe clean finish. Rexel Nyrex folders and pockets are available either top opening, side opening or top and side opening. They can also feature an embossed finish to reduce glare, a polished finish to give a greater clarity to the documents inside or an anti-slip finish which is a textured material to stop the documents from slipping out.

ActiVita

Rexel ActiVita is a range of daylight lamps designed with ‘daylight blue’ LED bulbs which simulate natural daylight and trigger brain activity, increasing productivity and making you feel more alert and energetic. There are 3 options available, Strip, Pod+ and Strip+. All of these feature a fully adjustable light position and simulate daylight. Pod+ and Strip+ also have a ‘warm’ light setting perfect for reading or relaxing. Strip+ takes it one step further and features a ‘cool’ light setting which brightens your workspace and is ideal for day-to-day work. Strip+ also features a USB port for charging mobile devices and 4 brightness settings in each mode for total control. Both Strip+ and Pod+ have an LCD panel to display the date, time and temperature.

Momentum

Rexel has a huge variety of shredders to help your business stay GDPR compliant. One option is their Momentum range. Within this range, Rexel has 6 shredders of different specifications and security levels depending on your requirements. They have strip cut, cross cut and micro cut. The Momentum range shredders are all given a security rating of between P2 and P5. These shredders feature up to 4 hours of continuous run time and have anti-jam technology which automatically stops the shredding and reverses if too much paper is inserted.

All Rexel shredders come with a 2 year labour and parts manufacturer warranty where Rexel directly will either repair or replace your unit should it arrive, or become faulty.
