Really Useful Boxes started in 1999, in Normanton, West Yorkshire, when its founder, Mike Pickles, who was an accountant at the time, couldn’t find the right solution for storing their papers. He then decided to design and make his own, and then the idea for the business was born. It evolved in the 1990s to provide storage solutions for CDs, VHS staples, and DVDs and became the world’s largest range of transparent, strong stacking storage boxes. They have a huge customer base, including the USA, and have warehouses in the West Midlands and Chicago.
