Giveaways, Competitions, and Promotions Terms and Conditions

Company Declaration:

For the purposes of these giveaways, competitions, and promotions, “the Company” refers to OfficeStationery.co.uk

Eligibility:

These giveaways, competitions, and promotions are open to residents of mainland Great Britain aged 18 or over. Employees of the Company, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter:

Entry requirements will be detailed in the promotional material. Where entry requires the purchase of a qualifying product, returning that product after purchase will invalidate your entry.

Prize Draw and Notification:

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period, via Office Stationery official social media accounts only. 

We will never ask for payment via a link or otherwise in receipt of your prize, or contact you via comments on social media requesting for you to fill in a form. Please be wary of spam accounts pretending to be Office Stationery who may ask via these means when the competition has terminated. These should be ignored as we will only ever contact you directly via your chosen social media platform of entry. 

If you are selected as a winner, you will be contacted using the details provided at entry. You must respond within two working days of being contacted. Failure to respond within this time will result in your prize being forfeited, and an alternative winner will be selected.

General:

No cash or alternative prize will be offered.

The Company reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

The Company’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Company reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway, competition, or promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

By entering these giveaways, competitions, or promotions, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Company’s Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal data is collected, used, and protected.

Right to Withdraw or Amend:

The Company reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any giveaway, competition, or promotion at its sole discretion, at any time, for disclosed or undisclosed reasons.

 In exercising this right, the Company will act in good faith and, where possible, provide notice or explanation to participants. No compensation will be payable as a result of such withdrawal or amendment.
