Natural, Fair & Delicious. Clipper is proud to produce a range of teas, coffees, and hot chocolate which avoid artificial ingredients and focus on organic, ethically sourced products. Founded in 1984, Clipper Tea was started by Lorraine and Mike Brehme in their home kitchen in Dorset with just two chests of Assam tea, which at the time, they sold to local health food shops. In 1994, Clipper became one of the first UK companies to receive the Fairtrade mark. By 2012, they had grown significantly as a company and were acquired by Royal Wessanen for around £50 million.

Today, Clipper products reach a global audience as they are sold in over 50 countries, but most of them are still blended in Dorset. Alongside avoiding artificial ingredients, Clipper is very environmentally conscious, and uses unbleached teabags as well as holding many organic certifications to reflect their eco-friendly ethos. Largely considered a trailblazer in ethical tea production, Clipper combines quality products with responsibility. They are on a mission to not just deliver delicious tea but to ensure that every cup supports farmers, communities, and the planet.
