Delivery

Your order may also arrive via multiple couriers on the same day. You should have been notified of this by email beforehand, however if you have only received part of your order and are unsure, please feel free to contact us for confirmation.

All of our deliveries are made via couriers who require a signature to complete delivery however some may accept a written note on the door to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour- please note if this is the case we cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen items.

All of our deliveries are a door step delivery service, this is for both standard items as well as furniture and special order items. If you require delivery into the building or to specific rooms or floors, this may be available for furniture and special order items at an added delivery cost. Products will be delivered to you on either Express Delivery, Standard Delivery or Extended Delivery services depending on what is selected at checkout and the location of the delivery. Please note we do not offer Saturday or Sunday service however on rare occasions some couriers may attempt a delivery at the weekend.

Should you wish your order to be delivered on a specific day, please notify us before placing your order.

For eligible orders under £5.99 ex-vat per delivery. For areas classified as highlands and islands, our Extended Delivery is charged at £20.84 ex-vat regardless of order value.

Furniture items are only delivered to the door/curbside. Drivers are not able to take items inside the building or place in specific rooms, if installation is required please contact us before placing your order and this is an additional service charge.

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery is normally a 2-4 working day delivery service, however this is subject to the occasional delay during peak time or when there is an issue with a delivery network. We typically use DPD, Fed-EX & UPS however we will use other delivery networks where applicable. This service is only available in England and Wales.

Express Delivery

Express Delivery 1-2 day delivery is subject to availability, delivery location and force majeure. Express delivery orders that are received by 5pm on a working day will be dispatched that day to our relevant fulfillment / delivery partner. This service is only available in England and Wales.

Extended Delivery

Normally 1-5 working days depending on location. This delivery service is required for Highlands and Islands, a collection of post codes defined by couriers, these include, but are not limited by the following:
