Do You Offer Price Matching?

We understand the importance of competitive pricing, but also, ensuring our customers get the best deal possible. Every product is price matched across our main competitors - which is usually displayed just below the green add to basket button when viewing a product.

Here, you will see a list of our main competitors, alongside their pricing. We consistently check our pricing to ensure we remain competitive, however, with over 100,000 products on our website, sometimes we do miss a few. 

You can submit a price matching claim by clicking on the red seen it cheaper option which is below the competitor pricing when viewing a product. If you have seen the same product at a cheaper price elsewhere, use this tool to notify us and we will investigate it for you, and where possible, get back to you with a better price. 

Somebody from our team will be in touch soon after you submit your price match request. There are occasions when we are not always able to price match, as we cannot match competitors' promotional rates. If we are unable to offer a direct price match, we may be able to offer you a discounted price. 

If we are able to match your price we will update our website pricing to reflect this, allowing you to purchase the product at a lower price.
