1. The SMP3720 is a Slide switch device for people who associate digital dictation with button devices.
   
   The SpeechMike Premium Touch not only includes the well-known capabilities of the SpeechMike Premium like the free-floating studio quality microphone, a microphone grille with optimized structure, built-in noise-reduction pop filter, antimicrobial surface or the worlds first motion sensor in a USB dictation microphone, but it also includes a new touch sensor for optimized cursor control, as well as a revised hardware architecture enabling secure firmware upgrades.
   
   The SMP3720 features breakthrough technologies such as the free-floating studio quality microphone and the hexagonal grille around it, offering 10% more open space than round holes it provides crystal clear recordings.
   
   The touch sensors is the most obvious difference of the SpeechMike Premium Touch compared to the SpeechMike Premium and since there are no mechanical parts involved the touch sensor cannot get stuck or stop working due to dust and dirt. As there isn a trackball, there is no need to disassemble the parts for cleaning which always poses the potential risk to lose parts or damage the whole trackball assembly.
   
   Due to its flat design wiping with the thumb over the touch sensor is much more convenient compared to the trackball. Especially when using the left mouse click function the user can feel the difference compared to trackball. The touch sensor can also be used as the left mouse button with following functions: Left mouse button, Pick and Drop for easy plug and play integration into existing systems.
