1. XPS Large Desktop Device Set Up What is it?
   XPS can now assist in the installation and configuration of any printer or multifunctional device you sell to your customers. Our standard service includes delivery set up waste removal basic user training and network configuration.
   
   How does this help?
   When any device arrives with your customer it can be quite a challenging operation to take all the travel packing out load consumables for the first time and connect to a PC to get it printing and scanning. Our deployment services make the process of integrating a new printer simple and seamless.
   
   What exactly does the service do?
   Once a device is ordered the deployment service can be purchased at the same time. Following the competition of our site survey form we will then contact your customer to arrange a time/date that is convenient for the installation. This includes -
   
   The device is delivered (Either directly to site still boxed or we will set it up away from site if the device type requires)
   An engineer team visit site to unbox and set up the device .
   The device is positioned where your customer wants it to go (please see assumptions).
   The device is tested and basic user training is carried out.
   The device is configured for print and scan to 1 user/PC.
   All waste and packaging is removed from site.
   For an additional charge we are also able to remove and dispose old equipment or configure the new device for up to 10 users/PC's.
   
   What's the catch?
   There is no catch but clearly we need some assistance from the installation site to ensure the whole process goes smoothly and we achieve customer satisfaction. Our standard pricing makes a number of assumptions based on the majority of commercial and private buildings and the typical ways users connect with any printing devices. We need a completed site/network survey before any installation can take place to ensure we confirm the installation will be successful or any potential pitfalls need highlighting.
   
   Assumptions -
   The device will be installed on a ground floor
   The customer has prepared and cleared the area where the device is to be positioned
   The device position is serviced with power and network connection points
   The customer has either a network or USB connection cable onsite
   Admin passwords will be available if drivers require installation on a secured network
