If you have received a faulty item please accept our sincerest apologies for this, unfortunately due to the sheer numbers of products manufactured this does happen occasionally, but we do aim to make this as painless as possible for yourselves.

We should always be your first port of call for exchanging faulty products but in some cases we may need to refer you to the manufacturer, this is largely when dealing with photocopiers and such products.

We aim to arrange collection of your faulty item within two working days of you notifying us of the issue.
